It’s not easy to make new friends when you’ve got kids, especially babies. I know when my oldest was born, none of my friends had children yet and I was on my own. I joined PEPS and met some wonderful women, including my Ruby Slipper Guide partner, and over three years later we’re still meeting every week. If you’re looking to connect with other parents in your area but aren’t sure how, then scroll down. We’re in the midst of creating a page that will help you find the connection you need. And if you’re involved in a group that’s not listed, let us know so we can get your group on here!

Some neighbors and I started the “Bridle Trails Mom’s Group” and have about 32 “members” now, meeting monthly for a little wine and mom’s night off. Because we all live in a 4 mile radius of the Bridle Trails State Park, we’ve made friends of neighbors and we’ve introduced our kids to each other in anticipation of growing up together and going to the same elementary schools. Kids range from newborn to about 8 thus far. We invite new “members” any time we see someone we don’t know pushing a stroller down the street!
